Service
SIMVOLA resells digital eSIM plans for travelers. Connectivity is provided by Airalo's global network and partner carriers. Availability may vary by destination and device.
Purchases and activation
Prices are shown before payment. After payment is confirmed, you'll receive install instructions. Activation requires a compatible, unlocked eSIM device.
Refunds
Unused eSIMs may be eligible for a refund per the provider's policy. Contact support@simvola.com with your order number within the timeframe shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
Reselling eSIMs, bypassing technical limits, or using the service for illegal activity is not allowed. We may suspend accounts for abuse or fraud.
