We collect information needed to create your account (name, email and/or phone), process purchases, and deliver eSIMs. We also log basic technical data to improve the service and prevent fraud.
How we use your data
We use your data to authenticate you, fulfill orders, send OTP codes, show your eSIMs, and—if you opt in—send notifications about usage or top-ups.
Providers
We share data with essential providers: Firebase (auth and infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Airalo (eSIM provisioning), and email/SMS services for verification.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@simvola.com. We retain information as long as needed for legal and accounting obligations.
